Computer System Analyst-Remote- 1 Position –

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Technical Manager and technical team as part of the product and solutions group, supporting the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of application software throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into practical system designs, application workflows, integration requirements, and technical solutions. Review existing systems and data flows to identify gaps, defects, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the design and development of AI-enabled application features using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise data sources, including document ingestion, information retrieval, prompt integration, context processing, and generated responses.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate uses of AI and Generative AI within company products, internal applications, APIs, and business processes, working with the technical team to integrate these capabilities into existing solutions.
• Develop and support backend application components using Python, including business logic, data-processing utilities, integrations, automation, and supporting services. Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews as required.
• Design, develop, integrate, and support REST APIs and web services connecting application components, AI services, databases, and external systems. Perform API testing covering request and response payloads, authentication, status codes, error handling, business rules, and integration behavior.
• Perform and support functional, integration, system, regression, API, UAT, and end-to-end testing across frontend applications, backend services, databases, APIs, and external integrations.
• Prepare test scenarios, investigate defects, validate fixes, and support product release and production-readiness activities.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD activities, including builds, automated testing, deployment pipelines, environment validation, releases, and production deployments.
• Monitor application and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work with the technical team to resolve application, API, data, configuration, and environment-related problems.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 3-4 years of IT experience in systems analysis, application development, software testing, system integration, or related technical areas, with experience working across the software development lifecycle and enterprise application environments.
